Most orders ship from our warehouse in one business day. Some items (especially the heavy ones) may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
We ship all items via ground delivery using UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS (whichever is the most efficient shipping carrier for your order). Delivery is typically within 3 – 5 business days of your order.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number you can use to track the order’s delivery status.
We don’t currently ship outside of the US. But we’re working on it.
Our Shipping Costs
Unlike most sites, our shipping charges are easy to understand. Here they are:

Broken Products
Despite the love and care we take in packing our products for safe arrival, occasionally some do break. If you receive a shipment that contains a broken product, please let us know and we’ll ship out a replacement immediately.
Returns
We want our customers to be happy with their products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in new condition within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price.
